Our Timeline
WHERE WE BEGAN
JUNE 2021 - AUGUST 2022
Owners Camden and Karla met to discuss different opportunities to serve people with unique challenges. After several hours of thoughts and meetings, we applied for our HCBS 245D license to provide residential services and supports. We diligently worked through the licensing process and in August of 2022, we became a licensed 245D provider in Minnesota to offer intensive support services.
SEPTEMBER 2022 - OCTOBER 2022
Success House, our 1st home was licensed to operate and officially opened in October 2022.

Focused Living Inc hired its first four employees to work in Success House.
DECEMBER 2022
Focused Living Inc opened our 2nd home, Inspire House.
​
We acquired another home in Staples, MN and started renovations and the licensing process.
FEBRUARY 2023
Focused Living Inc opened our 3rd and 4th home, Reflections House 1 and Reflections House 2.
NOVEMBER 2023
Focused Living Inc moved the corporate office to a 4,000 square feet office building that could meet the needs of our administrative team and growing program staff team; employing over 50 employees!
JUNE 2023
Focused Living Inc opened our 5th home, Journey House.
AUGUST 2023
Focused Living Inc expanded to the Staples MN area, opening our 6th home, Opportunity House.
APRIL 2024
Focused Living Inc opened our 7th and 8th homes, Integrity House and Courage House with Courage House being our first program to be licensed to serve children.
OCTOBER 2024
Focused Living Inc opened our 9th home, Thrive House.
NOVEMBER 2024
Focused Living Inc continues growing and expanding services. After only a year in the new office space, we have outgrown this space.

Camden and Karla meet with Marcus construction to start talking about building an office building that could sustain the growth and needs of Focused Living Inc. The new office building plans are created, the new office building will be 7,200 square feet with ground breaking happening Spring 2025.

Focused Living Inc purchases 2 acres of commercial property outside of Little Falls, MN for the new office building.
DECEMBER 2024 - JANUARY 2025
Focused Living Inc continues growing expanding to the Long Prairie, MN area, opening our 10th and 11th home, Visions House 1 and Visions House 2; as well as our 12th home, Achieve House.
